I am from coimbatore and i am using docome for 3 months, my docomo number is 8015050506 for which there is no signal for making outgoing or receiving incoming calls, its a post paid connection and the rent is 299, i gave a complaint to them for not having signal and they told that the problem will be solved by 48 hours, after which there was no response when i inquired they told that the complaint is already closed. i told i cannot pay the rent as there is no signal, and i am ready to pay any usage if any, for the first month they gave a rental waiver but after that they refused to give and barred my outgoing, there was a girl incharge in the main office coimbatore named NISHA in the mail id harunisha@tatadocomo.com, harunnisha @tatadocomo.com who is not suitable for the post what is given to her, tata docomo should solve these issues as its the fault of the company and the customers are innocent, till today there is no signal and in phone they say the signal is all ready, but i told them to come and check in the area before me. they never did, POOR CUSTOMER CARE.
