My name is vijay I'm from Bangalore my number is 9036693100, i wanted some information about services of docomo so i called the customer service but the people in that department are so bad they were not able to explain me about my query on top of that they getting so angry on me the customer, and he disconnected my call again i called back and i wanted to speak to the floor supervisor the CSR connected me to him but he never come on line but i waited for him for more than 10 mins but in vain... please give respect to customers...
