Reliance Mobile Pre Paid Connection
Unnecessary deduction of balance

My Mobile no 93201 12106 using prepaid connection for last 1 year. From last 3 months their is being deduction in my balance some times Rs. 20/- or some time Rs.30/- and when asked answer comes you have opted for caller tune services but i had never opted for this type of services. On 11/09 Rs. 10/ was deducted and by calling to customer care. A complaint no. 75683084 was given but no necessary feed back was given after 24 hours.

On Date 12/09 Rs. 5/- was deducted again but no reason is being given by customer care. When ever i call to customer care services Line are too busy and have to hold for 30 to 40 minutes and after discussing the whole matter the answer comes our server is being upgraded so we cant answer you right now call after 1 or 2 hours. What shall i do . have to fight whole day with customer care people.

I found the hopeless services and Cheating services by Reliance Mobile. If this issue is not being resolved I have to switch to other mobile services.
