Deduction of Rs.30/- pm from last 6 months

Dear Sir / Madam,

This is to bring in your kind notice that, I am a Customer of Dolphin Cellular Service from past so many years. My Name is Govind singh Negi having Mobile No.9013492738 & Address is C-1/47, Vinod Puri, Vijay Enclave, New Delhi -45.

From last 6 months Dolphin deducting rs.30/- every month in the name of music service activation but that service has not been activeted from my end.

I had spoken to customer care executive so many time for stoping the servcie but nothing happen, the company deduct money here & there.

Mentally it is very pain full.

You are requested to kindly stop the above service & requested to refund deducted money of last 6 months.
