Deduction of balance from my prepaid mobile service provider dolphin MTNL in name of music station service which i never subscribed

Dear sir/madam

I have already filed complaint against deduction of balance from my prepaid mobile service provider dolphin MTNL in name of music station service (5777710, 5777730, 5777723) which i never subscribed.

Its been a week when i filed the complaint but still they have been deducting my balance.

kindly, take some action as early as possible.
