Deduction of Rs60 for music station

It is to submit that Rs30/- are being deducted since 14/8 per month from my above mobile account for subscribing some MTNL music station, details as mentioned above.

It is to state that I have never opted for any such service nor I am availing any service on my mobile.

Following complaints have been made on 1503 MTNL number

1. 294475 dt 14/8

2) 315903 dt 21/9

3) 317723 dt 25/9

Inspite of above complaints, the service has not been de-activated as yet.

It is requested that the service to DE-activated for ever and Rs60/- which has been deducted from my accounts should be credited in my above mentioned mobile number.

It is totally a kind of harassment to the customers and more over I am a senior citizen.
