Dolphin Prepaid connection
Unauthorised every month deduction of Rs 30

Hi i am Shailesh Kumar, i am enjoying a prepaid sim connection of MTNL Dolphin. Since last 6 to 8 months they are deducting Rs. 30/- per month towards monthly subscription of music station without my permission (message sent to me by 57777023 last on 29.12.2010). Despite several request to Customer Care for stopping this unauthorised deduction and also message sent for unsubscribe to 5777023, they are not doing anything to stop this deduction besides saying that fom next month it will not be deducted from my balance. Please do the needful for closing this unauthorised deduction.
