Previous Balance deducted before grace period

Respected Sir,

I am realy disappinted from MTNL prepaid- delhi,

I am using MTNL-prepaid (9868738661) from last 5 years, due to some urgency i was out of city from last 2 month (presently in Indore M.P.) and I had around 262/- rupee balance in my phone. but i was unable recharge my mobile in this duration, today 8-aug was the last date of my phone grace period and I have recharged it on the same day (08-aug) before expire the grace period after that they have deducted my all previous balance 262/-. i have talk with customer care but are not hearing me.

Such type of Harassment from a goverment dept.is realy ridiculous.

Please do the needful and give me justice.
