Terminal box at the pole

Who soever it may concern

We have been facing the problem with the terminal box fixed on the pole near our residence.

It doesn't function most of the time. Inspite of our frequent personal requests to change the age old terminal box or to replace it with the latest one, no proper response or nattention is given.

Only a temporary finishing touches are given which will work for a very short period. It has become a perenial problem.

We will be thankful if the higher authorities can look into this issue/matter.
