Dont satisfied in service center and also mobile

Me Samsung ki service aur unke diye gaye Service center se satisfied nahi hu..mene Dec-11 me Samsung Galaxy S GT-i9003 Mobile liya tha. 1 year is not completed and my Mobile give in servise center at 6 time..in one problem they can not solve in day, they said only one sentences it is " Softwer updat karna padega" every time i m gone to servise center and they said this type of silly answer... and also the major problem servise center exuective is not responce to custmer..please do the need ful..
