Unauthorized disconnection of STD pckg

I had the STD pckg at rental of Rs.30 p/m. Whereby any airtel no i called all over India, i was just charged Re.1 only. When i came back from roaming i see that the package has been disconnected. Repeated messages have been sent to 121 coz m not able to get in touch with Customer care.

While taking the pckg i informed that my family members stay in different parts if India hence i desperately need this package. In spite of repeated information that i am a frequent STD caller and having informed the intensity of ask for that package, it has not yet restored in spite of repeated msg to restore the same.
