I am Shashi Kumar Gupta, working in DMRC Khyber Pass depot. I have purchased two post paid connections (9818298586, 9717700360) for dial up internet connection to my pc under corporate plan, on 23, september from your agent. And the commitment is:

1. Unlimited download for Rs 99/- per month.

2. Activation of connections on next day.

But they did not activate it at the committed time and they are charging for 50 MB limited download and sent my bill according to 50 MB limited download. They activated gprs only on one sim card (9818298586) after 12 days on repeated request to your agent. I have complained many times on 121 but they did not solve my problem.

Now i am not using any of my connection and also deactivated my gprs on 9818298586. I am sorry to saying that I lost my interest in Airtel. I want to refund my money but they are not refunding me.
