Airtel Metro Plan
Customers cheating!

On 16th jan I replied to one of the messages of airtel to activate std calls at a rent of Re.1 everyday, after an hour I called them up to deactivate it as I dont need it I only want the details of the plan and they told me that u have to use this facility for a month and in the message there is nowhere mentioned that I have to use it for a month. Now its more then 2 months and I have called them up so many times to deactivate it and every time they say it will take 48hrs. God knows when that 48hrs will be finished and every day my rent of Re.1 is deducted. Near about 100 Rs have already being deducted. And the only thing I want to do is to sue this company and its customer care services are of no use. Soon this company is going to loose many customers.
