Poor signal!

I have a airtel connection for the last 2yrs and i find the signal breaking at least 8times as i travel from office at Highcourt to residence at southmadras thru Santhome, Chennai. I have raised complaints at least on 10occasions -of course the call centre registers the same but nithing comes out of this. I hope to give up this connection very soon and change to TATA which gives much better service on the ground.

Airtel customer service does not extend beyond the call center and i don't think they care.
