Poor customer service!

I am using Airtel postpaid connection from last 2.5 years and whenever had some problem and had to contact the customer care it was always a bad experience. My SMS pack of 150 SMS/Month that was given free to me 2.5 years back was withdrawn and they did not informed me about this in any way. When I checked my bill and did not find any discount then the customer care person says that an SMS was sent to you. But I am very sure that I never received that message and the customer care started arguing that message was sent and you must have received that.
For these changes in plan I decided to visit Airtel Office, Sec 35 Chandigarh. But nobody was there free to listen to you. I sat on one seat send to another and then another saying that person will listen to your problem. I was so much annoyed that could not control saying them WHAT IS GOING ON?
After wasting more than 1 hour there I do want to stay there even for a minute. It was always such a bad experience to see that the person there at Airtel Center were serving very well the persons who wanted to purchase a new connection but never want to listen to those who has a complaint. And I am sticked to Airtel because I am having more than 2.5 years old number. Otherwise my experience with Airtel has always been very very bad. From a band of 1 to 10 I will give Airtel 5 (minus). Because they deserve only this.
