Not receiving Recharge

I would like to inform you that Easy Recharge Network (ERN) has promised us the service of getting a recharge of Rs. 100 every month & I have invested Rs. 1050 for getting 10 months recharge but from October I am not getting the recharges.

Also I have joined many people on this project & all are unsatisfied by this services.

I have done lot of complaints against this but all in vain, there is no response from their side & also the customer care do not respond in the well manner way. Also they don't take our calls sometime & ignore us completely.

Not getting the RECHARGES on time,

Frequently changing plans without informing us & create problem for the users.

I want to stop people indulging in this co. also want back my money, I & my people invested in this project.

Kindly banned this co. from providing this type of services.

Each & every person who indulge in this co. has a unsatisfactory response, me too didn't get the recharges from October & besides giving lot of complaints they don't give us right information. I also not recd my payout from July. Customer care person is a fool, they don't know anything. I have also filed a complaint on consumer forum against this co., Its really easy to filed a complaint.

I REQUEST TO ALL OF U TO FILED A COMPLAINT AGAINST THIS CO. ON CONSUMER FORUM, SO THAT THIS CO. SHOULD BE BANNED IN EARLY TIME.
