Cancellation of transaction made on 28th Oct

Dear SBI,

I got a call on 28th Oct regarding some offer, it was a computerised call and request to enter credit card number for their reference. after the submission of credit card number i got a message of transaction of Rs.5, 509/-.

I request you to stop this transaction and make this payment in hold. Mean while i will try to get contact details of the merchant and try to cancel this transaction. Once again i request you to hold this transaction of Rs.5, 509/- to Effort BPO Ltd.
