RUDE BEHAVIOUR OF STAFF

I am old customer of Bharti Airtel cellular company ..my complaint is that I was treated rudely by V.K.Telelinks (authorised centre for Airtel services) located at hall bazar, Amritsar, Punjab..The problem is that I went to showroom for 3 times to shift my number 09878841133 from Postpaid connection to Prepaid ..In return i got the answer that we dont have time to entertain ur request. Second time i went and i was answered that we wont shift it to prepaid. Third time i went there, i was replied we dont have time and even form to shift the number. I asked them that i will shift to any other network, the representative told me that it is better to choose any other network.

Please do guide me for the solution of my problem. Else i am planning to move to CONSUMER DISPUTES REDRESSAL FORUM for further course of action..
