To deactivate the criket pack but no responce

Since IPL started & till now, i have complaint so many times but till it is not stopped sending the SMS of the cricket pack, day night i am getting this sms i am relay fade-up from this sms.

now the height is that, now they have stopped customer care service number also, saying that ur calling & complaining again & again, and whenever i have complaint, they tell me that after 48 hours this service will stop but still it is coming.

this is my kind request to you to look after in this matter and please stopped this sending sms as early as possible.
