Neglecting complaints by customers!

My mobile Number 99105866621. Bill for July did not come. On 24 July I went to their Dwarka Sec-4 Market office and registered a complaint. Instead of attending to same Airtel sent a message to me threatening imposing fine on non -payment of July bill. I had to go their office and pay without getting bill.
