Rs.2000 not cerdited by the company

Dear Sir,

I have a no. 9897657432. This was pre paid number and I have Rs. 2, 000/- balance in my account but I got this number postapaid few days before. Now the problem is where is my balnce amount i.e. 2, 000/- kindly help me and let me know about the amount.
