Deposit & activation charge problems

6th Dec. Air Tel offers 3 free connections for those who are having a landline. Airtel Exe. Mr. Narendra Sharma called and got the subscriber form No. 5261438 and collects Rs. 500 towards deposit & activation charge though Airtel confirmed free connection on phone. mr. C. Surendran, Head Customer Service Delivery sends a welcome letter on 15th, the day I started using Airtel Post Paid activated in my absence. the promises of ISD while filling the form not activated. Customer services gives so many excuses, but not ready to listen. Sends executive Mr. Rajinish from Technovation India who collects all relevant papers to convert my mobile No. 9871159643. receipts given for all documents provided to him for converting my Cell to corporate.

E- Mails send explaining the sequences of events dating from 15th dec till date sent on 23rd, 26th and 27th to Nodal Officer mr. Arun Sharma and mr. Ashish Takhi, Apellate Authority. No response till date. Today, I received SMS threatening to bar my services if Rs.631.76 is not paid. I had talk with Mr. Rajinish who had collected all official documents on 28th, and he had requested to give one more day to convert my connection to Corporate when the same was promised by Airtel while selling the services of providing three mobile connections. I had already paid Rs. 500 for no reason, but above all Mr. narendra Sharma saked for additional Rs. 50.00 to get the connection activated. Customer services insists that no such person exists. If so how come mr. C. Surendran writes a welcome letter and activates my connection. I had also told Mr. rajnish that if my services are barred, I will be forced to go to consumer Court with all relevant papers and documents that Airtel had promised while filling up the subscriber Form.
