Post paid- poor net work, recently
Poor net work & non availability of broad band

Dear Sir,

My mobile No- 9894264555, a post paid platinum customer for the past 7 year in Erode, Tamil Nadu. Recently the net work service very poor and very difficult to talk with a lot of disconnections. My residence is at Manickampalayam Housing unit, I complaint to my agent and he said the Enginers will come and check in our area. It happens even I am outside my place in erode town. So far it has not been rectified and I am suffering much. Last week I was talking with our collector and other officer, the line was interupted 3-4 times and its created a serious problem for me.

So kindly seriously look into it and rectify this problem soon and satify the customers. I also asked for broad band connection to house, they said in my area no tower, they said. My house area is a big housing unit and all educated persons are residing here. So try to help us for this also. Expecting your kind reply and service.
