Worst Network and Customer Service

Airtel is the worst service provider in India. I have an Airtel No. 9818917136 for last 8 years. Initially everything was okay but I started facing network problem for last two years. I called Airtel, I wrote so many emails but no result. They don't give even a damn to their customers. They used to tell me that change your mobile set, I changed it but the problem remained the same. Then I took the service of another company and its working fine. I have asked all my family members not to use this dirty service. They think that they are the god of telecom and we poor consumers have no option.
