Airtel Post Paid
Charged for unavailable 3g services

I was told that 3g services were available n asked if i would like to try them. I said yes. But the catch was I was in Pondicherry at the time where Airtel doesn't have 3g services. My phone always displayed the edge network but still I am being charged exuberantly for 3g services which i did not receive. About 8 calls to the customer care and still no solution, just some complaint numbers. I have changed from a person who used to recommend airtel to a person who would strongly advice against it.
