Wrong balance cutting by airtel live daily

I live in Kota, rajasthan. This is getting absolutely ridiculous. Getting charged for services which I never opted for. I never subscribe and download anything bt daily my balance deducted with massages of using

different kind of services and downloading, got msgs from Airtel Live... i never get any content of downloading and never get back my balance..my mobile no. is 09799924380... kindly solve my problem.thanks
