Dear Sir/Madam,

I Alok Chaturvedi had done a recharge of Rs 225 from my ICICI Bank Saving Acct 016401004627, Mob number (9015579040) and yet i didnt get any recharge amount and nor any message. My Saving Acct is debitted by Rs 225 and i still not get the recharge amount on my mobile number.
