Internet recharge not done

Guys why claim that online recharge will be done in 15 minutes after payment when you are incapable of doing that. This is not the first time but its worth complaining now. I had recharge my Airtel mobile (no. 9902432124) on 14 Feb 11 at 5 PM for Rs.333 and its not done till now i.e. 10:40 AM, 15 Feb 11.

U may have a relook at your goodwill calculation as i can see a lot of complaints here.

Hope my recharge will happen before i make another complain.
