Unauthorised deduction to packs

I have been disturbed frequently by SPAM messages.

Most Importantly, I have been receiving messages from 56363 telling me "Thank you for subscribing DEV pack. You have been Charged Rs.8/- per week."

In the first place i have never subscribed to this thing and ironically, the instructions provided in the Ad . doesn't work. I have been harrassed and automatic deduction takes place from my account.

I informed this to the Customer Support Officer (dialing 1503 and being led to the person eventually)

I request some stern action immediatelyor else, I shall seek legal help at the right forum
