Excess Billing

This is to inform u that i m using mtnl landline service for last 20 years... but i have never experience such problem of excess billing, as MTNL is very reputed company, this is unexpectable... I had changed my plan from regular to freedom 495 on 28th April. but i have been over charged since then i.e. May-June month... I request to concerned authority to take some pace action or i have to disconnect my connection soon...
