Cancelation of recharge

I want to recharge my Videocon d2h id no.

When i enter my custmer id . 264130

Select service privider. videocon d2h

recharge amount . 650

When i enter all this. & done for recharge then it shows ENTET VALID MOBILE NO.

then i enter my mobile no. 9011064353 instead of customer id.

Then recharge done on my mobile. i thought recharge of videocon d2h will be come on mobile as a number

but it not come. i account get debited of 695/-rs.

My mobile no. is 9011064353 is idea postpaid no.

Plz i want to cancel the recharge help me to get my mony back.
