Alance got deducted from account but no recharge done

Dear sir/madam,

my balance got deducted from account rs100 but no recharge was done to my cell phone.

i got email frmm ccavenue also regarding this that within 2 working days it will get recredited but till now no proper response has been viewed.. it got deducted on 17th april
