Refunding of money

Sir,

I had earlier lodged a complaint stating that ezrecharge.in has to refund the money they have charged me.

I recieved an email from the ezrecharge saying that it has been refunded, but i've not recieved any amount so far.

Please look into this complaint and refund my money.
