Recharge not done

I had recharged my BSNL number 9405187760 by Rs. 750 from ezrecharge.in website from ICICI bank account number

015201573323 on 23-mar but the recharge is still not complete, the amount is deducted from my account, however the status is still showing Recharge under verification. Kindly help me in this matter so that i can get the recharge done or refund the amount to my account.
