Disconnect the Line

Dear Sir,

I am a very old customer of airtel service & using the three numbers regularly out of which the number 9831816272 is being used since last six years and previously this was corporate connection under the name of M/s. BHUSHAN POWER & STEEL lTD as post paid connection. Recently, the ownership of this number has been changed to my Name, Devasis Mukherjee due to change of Organization as I am holding this number since long back.

After changing the ownership, myself requested to change the connection from Post paid to pre paid and I have submitted required documents like one copy photo & zerox copy of my driving license to your concern representative, Mr. Bikash Midiya (mob-09831995789) of Fairview Tradecom (P) ltd. along with RS.50 (Bill. No.5952) on 15.09.10

But I regret to inform you that this number has been disconnected in spite of submission of documents as required by your representative.

I had a talk with Mr. Bikash asking for reason behind rejection of documentations and disconnect the line. He did not give the proper reply and I asked him to collect the documentation again from my office as he collected earlier. He has accepted to do that and I am carrying this documents since few days.

When I talk to him yesterday, to collect the documents from my office again, he did not confirm the date and also told me to lodge a complain against his name wherever it is possible in Airtel services.

The purpose of writing this complaint in details, only to take the proper step against this irresponsible person, so that this should not be repeated to your other customer in future.

I, therefore request you to take the necessary action for connecting this line again since the document submitted earlier.
