Hello sir/mam
today morning (8:30am) i got an sms from airtel which said " 10 rs has been deducted from my account for subscribing to tipsfromyuvraj" who the hell needs tips from yuvraj??? i called customer care 4 times. 3 disconnected call & 1 automatically got disconnected.
the question is why should i be charged for what i've not used? & this has not happened once but many times.i asked for refund & they said, i've used airtel live!!! now what the FCUK!!! how can i use airtelLive on NOKIA 1100.
me and many people like me need justice or if the company is gonna behave in similar way then i wish everyone to banish it... mother fuckers...
