I am an employee of M&M posted in Indore. I bought an airtel prepaid connection about 10 days back and had submitted all the requisite documents. Now I am being told that documents are incomplete and I have to submit again. Moreover the customer care executive is adamant that it is my mistake when it is clear that my documents have been misplaced. What kind of customer service is this??
