I subscribed a product offered by the company for post paid mobile users (125 minutes of STD @Rs.1/minute for the cost of Rs.150.00) for my no. 9872030940 but the company unsubscribed the facility without my consent and started charging me with normal tariff without my request for the same.

When I enquired from the customer care, they asked me to get them an e-mail from my employer confirming that the employer has also not requested for the unsubscription. Here it is pertinent to note that my no. is a personal no. with corporate assurance in case of default and its working since year 2003. When I told this to the customer care officer, she refused to accept anything and very rudely replied me that what she is telling me is the truth and whatever I am narrating she has nothing to do with it.

The overbilling is not an issue but how the company or its officials commit any mistake and blame the customer for it without taking any responsibility upon them.
