Cant use gprs even though i am subscribed

Dear sir/ madam,

i had recharged with easy - recharge of 303 rs in my reliance gsm sim (Orissa Circle). the dealers as well as customer care said that it will grant me wid free access to internet in my mobile itself for 30 days but past five days ago it stopped working and showed page error hence i thought that it might b a network problem. but it continued for some 35 hours again. so i called up the customer care number 9861098610 and they said me that this scheme has been closed and those who had recharged with 303 rs for GPRS activation, they all can not at all access it anymore even if they have already subscribed.

so please look into the matter because its not only regarding me, but all those who had already subscribed (even a day ago) cant access net over their so called GPRS activated sim card. The CC representative also said that even if my 30 days period is not yet over, i cant use GPRS because company has changed its scheme.
