Automatic activation!

A scheme was activated automatically on my cell no.. I tried registering a complain in call center i got 1 number which was redundant.. then i also tried getting to a airtel gallery, but they also didn't make much difference. Finally when i called the call center 2day, they dropped my call...

Is this the customer service they speak about...
