Airtel Prepaid
Unnecessary dedcution of balance

I am having an airtel prepaid connection & my no is 9890515259. My account balance is deducted unnecessarily on ISD calls. Most of the time it happens that i call an ISD number & it just keeps on ringing & after i disconnect the line it shows a call summary & each time Rs. 9.20/- is deducted form my account. This is an ongoing problem with airtel my other 2 friends are also facing the same problem. I would have lost around 400-500 bugs just like this. When i call the Customer service they will ask me to wait for 48 hours for their system to get updated & after that they will log the complain & again ask to wait for 24 hours for resolution but even after such a long period there is no resolution till date on this service and they always have to say that the call was completed. I really don't understand how a call is initiated when it just keep on ringing. Such a pathetic Service in telecommunication. If this still persist all the customers would be churned from Airtel System.
