Facing same issue

I buy FLYB430 6 month before and i was getting charging problem in this set and i checked their service centre from fly site and i get a service centre address and i submitted that phone. After some time they resturn my phone but after 15 to 20 days i was getting again same problem and again i submitted that phone. Few days after i collected my phone from service centre. I faced that charging problem again and today i went again to service centre but they shocked me to say that this phone was tempered, I discussed their managment but no result i told him how is it possible i came this service centre 3 times for the same problem but they are not able to solve this problem. I think may there is a problem with Service Centre or Fly phone. So who Is the culprit, Company or Service Centre.

I giving you some more information about this Service Centre " I met many customer in Service Centre, they are also facing an issue with Service Centre (Service Centre changed their parts, give duplicate part, Charge more than Cost.)

Can anyone help me to come out from this issue.
