Not restoring my airtel post paid connection

I have purchased a post paid connection from airtel i.e bharati telventures pvt.ltd.in 2004 year since then i had been using that connection against cell no.9816300300 and same has been circulated in my family, freinds and bussiness contacts.in the year 2010 i had been out of state for 1 month and i could not deposit my bill in due date but was paid immidieatly after my come back and then i was told to submitt extra money of rupees 500 as a security and re-activation fee but the dealer did not take it seriously and made it linger on.and they permanently disconnected the no.and now demanding 15000rupees for the re-activation of said no.where as i have already paid money during the first time of its activation in 2004year.so its my kind request kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible. THANK YOU
