Delay & Misguide by the Service Centre

Dear Sir,

My self P.Karuna, I purchased Fly Mobile (FLY V-170) From Classic Variety, Vijayawada, But after 4 months i saw problem in my handset (BattreyProblem) I already gave my mobile at Custmer Care at Thane (Karthik enterprisesServise Centre 0866 - 6643666) on 13/11/02010 as per the suggetion from karthik enterprises, but till date I dont received any call from that centre & when I m going there the Executive told me "I DONT HAVE TIME FOR GOING TO REPAIR YOUR MOBILE AS & WHEN I GET TIME I WILL GO OR I DO NOT GO YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE SAME" This is not good answer from the Custmer care Side till today 18 days are going but no answer from the Custmer Care Centre. Kindly note the same & do the needfull in the matter. Ple Replace my mobile phone battrey.
