Sony Ericsson autorised service is fraud in Fourgen Communication Pvt. Ltd at Vadapalani

I am using sony ericsson k810i mobile. Due to keypad problem, I went to FOURGEN Communication Pvt. Ltd located in vadapalani to solve that problem. After verified the mobile they told I have to change the key foil. For that they charged Rs.650 for key foil and Rs.150 for service charge and totally they charge Rs.800.

When checked with them during the service, I was told that they are using the original Sony spares only. They told about the warranty period as it was only a week for the key foil. I got the mobile repaired and I checked for the condition, it was working fine.

Within a month from the date of repair, my mobile had the problem again with the key pad. When I went to the same service centre and enquired, I got a reply that the part changed comes with only a week's warranty and as I am coming after a month with the same problem, they will charge me again. I never heard of any original sony parts coming with only a week warranty!!!

Then at the time of checking my mobile, they tear and damage the keyfoil more and then he told again to change the key foil for Rs.800. now i told reback my mobile. Previously only one key is not workined but now after checked 3 or 4 keys are not working. its not a service center it is a repair center...!! Its full and fully fraud (fourgen) center..!!

Definetly, It is not a sony ericsson authorized service center...!!!
