I Amit Kumar, unfortunately is an existing customer of Reliance prepaid service. But reliance is not providing service any more they r on the way of defrauding people by unnecessary deducting their balance and irritating by sending sham messages at the middle of the night. As with me, the third time same thing is happening my No-9608797920, As on 26/11 i have 70-80 Rs balance but on 27th morning i hav few messages telling me to recharge as my balance is Rs 0 and the messages were send to me at 2:30 at night... I dont understand as where did the balance go and why reliance needs to deduct balance first and then message at the middle of the night to recharge.

These are the new techniques derived by RELIANCE to DEFRAUD and IRRITATE their customers and the interesting thing is the customer care division does not exist at all, no matter how much u try to call they wont answer a single call. As it happens on a regular basis this time I have decided to take a legal course to make sure that reliance pay for its FRAUD service. If any one is planning to buy RELIANCE product do see my venerable condition as it will be on same footing as if u dont own a phone coz they are doing FRAUD these day and invented new way to DEFRAUD their customers and IRRITATE THEM .

...THIS WAS MY COMPLAINT IN RESPONSE TO THIS AN IDIOT LADY CALLED ME WHO INSPITE OF HELPING TALKED RUDELY AND BANGED THE CALL ON ME WITHOUT EVEN DISCUSSING THE PROBLEM . NOW I UNDERSTAND WHY THEY ARE EMPLOYED IN RELIANCE . AS THE COMPANY IS FRAUD SO IS THE EMPLOYEE INTERESTINGLY 198 NEVER RESPONSE NEITHER ANY OTHER CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER AND WHEN THESE PEOPLE CALL, THEY WILL TALK AS IF THEY OWN YOU... FOOL.

IF U CANT HELP AT LEAST DON'T CALL AND IRRITATE PEOPLE. MAY BE IT IS THE NEW TACTICS OF RELIANCE THAT TO UNNECESSARY DEDUCT BALANCE FIRST AND THEN TALK RUDELY SO THAT PEOPLE WILL NOT ASK FOR THEIR MONEY WHICH THEY HAVE EARNED THROUGH HARD-WORK.

NOW i HAVE LEFT WITH NO OTHER CHOICE THEN TO TAKE LEGAL RECOURSE AS THEY HAVE MAKE THIS AS AN HABIT TO DEDUCT BALANCE ON AN REGULAR BASIS AND THE KIND OF HELP THEY PROVIDE IS AWWW AND Errrr AS THEIR EMPLOYEE.
