Recharge Fraud

I used their website for recharging my reliance cdma number on 30.04.11 and paid Rs. 165.00 for recharge through net banking. But till date I have not received any credit in my mobile account.

On writing mail to them, they replied :- "Your recharge for the amount of Rs.165 is successfully done from our end. Kindly contact your service provider. Your transaction id is 4209725039."

Also, as per the telecon confirmation with the Reliance customer care executive they told me that no transaction has happened in my account.

I have been asking for Reversal / recharding of the transaction but no reply is coming from their end.

I think I have done a mistake using this services.

There are no contact nos of your their office where I can call some one.
