FRAUD-Recharge Not Done & Money not Refunded

Yesterday, 20th march I tried to recharge my mobile no. 9960****** from Freecharge.in I got a text saying that the transaction Payment has been done successfully but my mobile no. was not recharged.

I've waited for refund from freecharge.in but my money has not been refunded in my bank account.

I also wrote a mail to care@freecharge/ feedback and also to wilma kenny who seems to be in customer support through this website but did not get any response.

After that i've also tried to call on their Help line 022-28293100, but in vain. they do not respond.

Please refund or credit the phone with recharge.
