Hi,

I switched to TATA DOCOMO nearly 1 month back using the MNP facility. My mobile number is 9962920537. I'm from Andhra Pradesh working in Chennai, Tamilnadu.

The local retailer who processed the MNP said a xerox of Passport with Permanent address and photograph are enough to switch to DOCOMO.

I submitted the documents and MNP was done. But my service was disconnected after few days saying the documents are not received. Please note that I did not receive any notification before hand.

This time I submitted the documents at a DOCOMO Exclusive Store (having lost faith with the local retailer) and got the connection back. Again I submitted passport and photograph. When I asked the DOCOMO Store people about any local address proof, they said they are not required.

Now, they disconnected my SIM again, 2 days back, saying the documents are not received. When I contacted the customer care, they said my issue will be resolved by 26th July which is almost 10 days since the service is lost. I submitted the passport and photograph again. But, now they are asking for local address proof, and stating this as the reason for disconnection.

Please consider my case and resolve my issue as soon as possible. I've been missing lot of important communications for the past 3 days already.
