But now they are refusing for that as they are unable to start my service also my another mobile no. 9890339496 whose current unbilled amount was Rs. 359.85 /- stopped its services. Now they are asking me to pay Rs. 359.85/- to get NOC .

The one who assured me that you pay the total outstanding we will start both the mobile no.
